Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange in the following cases:

  1. You received a damaged product.
  2. You received the wrong product.
  3. You received the wrong color.
  4. You received the wrong size.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

How to Exchange

  • Contact us at info@urbanzoo.in with your order details.
  • Provide clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue.
  • Once our team verifies the problem, we will arrange for an exchange and send you the correct product.

Return Policy

Conditions for Return

You can return a product if:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • It is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified by our courier partner, you will receive a 100% refund.
  2. If your payment transaction failed, the payment gateway will process the refund within 7 business days.
  3. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after product pickup.
  4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after product pickup.
