Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong color.
- You received the wrong size.
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
How to Exchange
- Contact us at info@urbanzoo.in with your order details.
- Provide clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue.
- Once our team verifies the problem, we will arrange for an exchange and send you the correct product.
Return Policy
Conditions for Return
You can return a product if:
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- It is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
- Once the returned product is picked up and verified by our courier partner, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If your payment transaction failed, the payment gateway will process the refund within 7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after product pickup.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after product pickup.
